The Art Museum of South Texas (AMST) and community partners, H-E-B and the Junior League of Corpus Christi to celebrate the season with Christmas Tree Forest. Once again, reflecting the theme of A Reading Wonderland, 30 school groups read their chosen award-winning childhood classic book, created related decorations, and trimmed their trees accordingly. As an added bonus, visitors may cast their votes for their favorite trees. Winning school groups will receive generous H-E-B gift cards. The Christmas Tree Forest is on view at AMST, located at 1902 N. Shoreline Blvd. Corpus Christi, Texas through December 13. After the exhibition concludes, all trees will be donated to families in need to enjoy during the remainder of the holiday season. Admission is free for AMST members and for TAMU-CC students. General admission is $8 for adults, $6 for Seniors (age 65+), $4 for students, and free for children ages 12 and under.
